Improving Academic Outcomes

James M. Ferguson, II's background as a product of Milwaukee Public Schools and his commitment to lifelong learning positions him very well to address the issue of low academic performance in MPS. This issue really hits home because James cares deeply about the academic outcomes of the students in MPS. With a focus on implementing strategies to help students meet grade-level expectations, James will leverage his personal experience in the district to advocate for innovative educational approaches and resources that can elevate academic outcomes for all students.
